1.- Mexican Fishing Permit, FMM Visa (if within 12 miles of a Mexican landmass) 2.-Temporary Importation Permit for your boat (if within 12 miles of a Mexican landmass) 3.- Valid U.S. Passport (if within 12 miles of a Mexican landmass) 4.- Biosphere Bracelet (If you are fishing the Coronado Islands)
